How

  1. Select the learner.
  2. Open Transition Readiness.
  3. Tap New assessment.
  4. Read the data under each area.
  5. Tap a score from 1 to 5.

Saved to the dashboard: Your score for each area, for each assessment date. The dashboard shows the latest total and rater agreement.
