Scoring and graphing 170 milestones across 16 domains
A scoring grid for 170 milestones, by level and domain. Each score is 0, ½, or 1. The grid shows the total for each domain and level, and a graph of the totals over time. It also shows Handy ABA Tools data next to related domains.
Score each item from your own copy of the protocol. This grid has no protocol text.
When
- Use for initial assessments and for each reassessment.
- Examine a total with a second rater before an IEP meeting or report.
Why
- Tool data is next to the related domain (for example, Find It next to Listener Responding). You can use the data as evidence when you score.
- A second rater can score the same assessment blind. The app shows agreement by level.
- The tool names milestones by domain and number only. Score from your own protocol.
How
- Select the learner.
- Open Milestones Tracker.
- Tap New assessment.
- Tap a milestone box to go through 0, ½, and 1. One more tap clears the score. The app saves each score immediately.
- For agreement, a second person taps New assessment and selects A second rater.
Saved to the dashboard: Your score for each milestone, for each assessment date. The dashboard shows the latest total, the change, and rater agreement. The CSV export shows all scores.
